Engine work and assembly by Tim Herman, Carrera Motor Sports. New Oil Pump. Recent oil service and valve adjust. New Generator and voltage regulator. Extra exhaust system. Spare engine tin. Spare filters, belts, brakes and bushings. Battery charger (car has external battery port on forward cowl). New slicks mounted on alloy wheels on the car. Hoosier rains mounted on 2nd set of alloy wheels. Additional set of used slicks on "cookie cutter' wheels.
Chassis is classic Porsche race. Accusump(electric activate) Tilton brakes, race pedals with cable throttle, removable steering wheel, fire system, dual CHT, MSD. SCCA stamped and certified cage. Log book and transponder. Adjustable drivers seat with back brace. Window net. Car has removable body panels along with removable rear window, all with professional fasteners. Glass windshield, fuel test port, all decals and tow hooks and race trim required by all race bodies.
The transmission is a 5 speed open diff, with custom gearing, All receipts for gearing, engine work and specs. Vintage pictures from racing in California, Daytona Rennsport II, development Etc. Car has the full rear 911 engine mounts in place so a 6 cylinder install is not a big project. You would need to install a oil tank for the 6 cyl. Car weight is 1740 pounds and with a 130 HP engine mounted as far forward as this 912 set up, what a ride. Quick, responsive, and frankly, one very cool looking Porsche race car.
